What it comes to meetings and events, we want to offer the best settings to organize venues in Helsinki and make our guest´s events unforgettable one.

Now we are looking for Bartender to join the hotel´s F&B operations team.

Position is permanent and part-time (Bartender average 90 h / 3 weeks), starting flexibly in October. Our F&B operations are open all year round and almost 24 hours a day, so you need to be prepared to work even in the evenings and holidays.

Kämp bar is one of the kind in Helsinki. We expect expertise in beverages and ability to response guests‘ needs. You will be responsible for engaging guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. This position includes meal service also as the guests tend to eat at the bar. During summertime the terrace is also open. In this position you will create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, champagne, wine, coffees and soft drinks. The sifts are planned for all the weekdays, normally between 10 am – 2 am. You need to have previous experience within a cocktail bar environment.

You are the person we are looking for if you have a positive attitude and good communication skills. You also need a strong background from the F&B industry since these operations are very hectic. Also, guests in Hotel Kämp are expecting excellent service, recommendations and technical waiting skills. The initiative to work, systematic and flexible attitude are all appreciated. You can communicate at least in English, preferably in Finnish also. The genuine interest of taking care of guests' needs in accordance with the values of Hotel Kämp, putting your own person in the game, is essential.
