Breakfast Sous Chef

Now we are looking for Sous Chef to join the hotel’s breakfast team and lead the kitchen operations in own shift.

This position is permanent and full-time, starting flexibly in August and September. Our hotel is open all year round. This means that you need to be prepared to work even on the weekends and holidays. If early morning shifts fit into your life situation, this is your moment.

We are looking for a passionate, quality and service-minded professional who already has previous experience of managerial positions in the kitchen or as a professional you want to take this next step in your career. Our guests highly appreciate breakfast as a product. We are devoted to continuously develop its items and content, raw materials and presentation. Therefore, we are looking for an innovative person to join our team. Continuous development and quality assurance are important in this position. You are used to working in a hectic environment and as a part of an international team. You are a positive, inspiring and solution-oriented. You understand and manage the processes that affect the quality and efficiency of kitchen operations. You want to lead your team with your own example and customer satisfaction guides you. In addition to cooking, daily duties include also inventory management and order process. You can communicate in English and/or in Finnish.
