We are now looking for Chef de Cuisine, a hands-on individual, who has the skills to take full responsibility of our Brasserie and Pastry kitchen operations, and to be a true inspiration for our team. Position is permanent and full-time, starting as soon as the right individual has been found.

In this position you will be responsible for the menu creation of Brasserie style food experience, consistent preparation of creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation, and flavors. Our Pastry department has the overall responsibility of dessert products in our various outlets. You are leading by example and energize the whole kitchen team as we want to help them grow by developing their experience and skills.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about food and has experience in leading and developing kitchen functions in a well-recognized restaurant. You know how to lead large, hectic entities and working in an international team is familiar. You are a positive, inspiring, innovative, and solution-oriented team leader. You understand and manage the processes that affect the quality and efficiency of operations in all areas of the kitchen. You want to lead your team with your own example and customer satisfaction guides you. Daily duties include development of products and kitchen functions together with our kitchen management team (Executive chef, Assistant Executive chef and Meetings & Events Chef de Cuisine) cooking, quality control, inventory management and order process.

You are the person we are looking for if you have strong and successful managerial experience, have enthusiasm towards traditional French & Finnish food culture, as well as desserts and classical patisserie. Your communication skills are grounded to a positive attitude that can turn potential challenges into success. You can communicate at least in English, preferably also in Finnish. Our operations are open all year around, so you need to be prepared to work even in the evenings and holidays to give your full support to the team.
