KÄMP COLLECTION HOTELS ONLINE SHOP / GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY

These general terms and conditions of delivery are relating to Kämp Collection Hotels giftcards booked from the website, purchased from the hotels or invoiced from the customer. These general terms of delivery are enforced in the contractual relation between the giftcard buyer and Kämp Collection Hotels. The buyer and the recipient can be the same person. Kämp Collection Hotels has all rights to cancel the order or recall the trade if the terms of contract have been violated.

Special terms for each product

The terms and conditions and the special conditions of every product are described in the product page. Both the general terms and conditions and the special conditions are enforced. If there is a disagreement between the special and the general terms and conditions, the special terms are enforced. 

Buying process

The buyer purchases a giftcard from Kämp Collection Hotels online store. Kämp Collection Hotels’ affiliate CardPlus Oy (business ID 2784644-4) 
sends purchased giftcards to the address buyer has been stated in order form (buyer or receiver of a giftcard), when purchase and buyers payment has been registered to the system. The giftcard will be send to the buyer’s selected delivery way. Kämp Collection Hotels will send an order confirmation to the buyer’s e-mail address. Prices announced in Kämp Collection Hotels online store includes possible VAT. Delivery charge is added depending on the shipping method. The amount of delivery charge is notified when choosing the shipping method. For children under the age of 18 require the trustee’s agreement for the purchase. Kämp Collection Hotels can ensure the agreement by e-mail or telephone. When buying a giftcard the buyer accepts the current terms and conditions as well as special terms. When using the giftcard the user accepts the terms and conditions and special terms that were in force by the time of purchase. Kämp Collection Hotels will deliver the special terms and information about the general terms and conditions to the buyer. 

Giftcard content

Valid giftcards are eligible means of payment for the mentioned product and for the products of the mentioned service provider. The content of the product or service has been described in the Kämp Collection Hotels online store. Validity of a giftcard

Giftcard’s period of validity is until the date mentioned in the card. The giftcard is valid 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The product or service can only be used during giftcard’s validity time. 

Offers and discount codes

Offers are valid only the time announced. Offers cannot be combined with other offers unless it is expressly stated. 

Giftcard usage

Valid giftcards are eligible means of payment for the mentioned product and for the products of the mentioned service provider. Show the giftcard to the service provider when paying. Most of the Kämp Collection Hotels’ services need to be booked in advance. Giftcards will not be refunded in cash, nor unused services refunded.

Refund policy

The buyer or receiver of a giftcard has rights to cancel the deal within 14 days after receiving a giftcard. The right is valid only for unused giftcards. The right of cancellation does not exist if the buyer has already booked the service or the service provider has started the preparations for the service. After cancelling the buyer has to return the giftcard. Kämp Collection Hotels will return the money to the buyer’s bank account in a month after cancelling the reservation. Kämp Collection Hotels has the right to invalidate the giftcards of the purchase in cases, where payment has not been received in full in accordance with the general payment terms within 14 days. 

Change, transfer or redemption of a giftcard

Unused giftcard can be changed during its validity to another same or less valued Kämp Collection Hotels giftcard. The purchaser or the receiver of the giftcard must return the giftcard if changing the card. Kämp Collection Hotels does not return the possible difference of the original price and the new price. The change of the giftcard does not change its validity time. Unused giftcard could be transferred to a third party with the permission of Kämp Collection Hotels. Unused giftcard are not refundable after its expiry. 

Limitation of Liability

Valid giftcards are eligible means of payment for the mentioned product and for the products of the mentioned service provider. Kämp Collection Hotels’ liability is always limited to no more than denomination of the giftcard. Store is not responsible for any damages or delays resulting from force majeure such as strike, lockout, blockade of payment, communication disorder.

Changes in demand and supply conditions

Kämp Collection Hotels reserves the right to change its terms of delivery. The customer must be observed before ordering by the valid order and delivery terms.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

To these general terms of delivery between Kämp Collection Hotels and the buyer and Kämp Collection Hotels and the receiver of a giftcard apply the law of Finland. Disagreements caused by contractual relations are solved by Helsinki municipal court. In so far as the agreement is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer who is party to the agreement may bring an action in district court of his residence.

Payments

Products and services are paid mainly within the Online reservation process. You may pay in Online system with credit card or with Finnish bank web payment. Payment is delivered by Adyen or Paytrail.

If the payment is done with credit card, Kämp Collection Hotels operates only by the trader of the products and services and the provider of the products and services. Complaints are handled by Adyen (www.adyen.com) or Paytrail (www.paytrail.com).

With some exceptions giftcards can be requested to be invoiced. Kämp Collection Hotels has the right to invalidate the giftcards of the purchase in case, where payment has not been received in full in accordance with the general payment terms within 14 days.
